Orders & Shipping
A: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery is available at checkout for 1–2 business days.
A: Log in to your account and go to My Orders. You'll find real-time tracking for every shipment.
A: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, please wait for delivery and use our return process.
A: Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over ₹999.
Returns & Refunds
A: We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for most items in original, unused condition.
A: Go to My Orders, select the item, and click Request Return. Our team will arrange a pickup.
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Payments
A: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Stripe, and PayPal.
A: Yes. All transactions are encrypted with SSL. We never store your card details on our servers.
A: Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your coupon code in the Promo Code field.
Account & Rewards
A: You earn points on every purchase. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Check your balance under My Rewards.
A: Share your unique referral link. When a friend signs up and places their first order, both of you earn bonus reward points.
A: Click Forgot Password on the login page and we'll send a reset link to your registered email.
Sellers
A: Click Sell in the navigation bar and complete the seller registration form. Our team will review and approve your application within 24–48 hours.
A: Seller registration is free. A small commission is applied per successful sale. Contact us for the current commission structure.
